Lead and manage all aspects of the girls soccer program in accordance with school district policies and TSSAA rules and regulations.

Plan and conduct effective practices that develop individual skills, team tactics, conditioning, and sportsmanship.

Prepare teams for competition, including game planning, in-game coaching, and post-game evaluation.

Promote academic success, character development, and positive behavior among student-athletes.

Make fair and informed decisions regarding team selection, positions, and playing time.

Ensure the safety and supervision of student-athletes at all practices, games, and during travel.

Communicate clearly and professionally with players, parents, assistant coaches, and school administrators.

Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities in coordination with the athletic department.

Hire, train, and supervise assistant coaches, when applicable.

Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development.

Represent the school and athletic program in a positive and professional manner at all times.
